We got the Harry Potter Lego game for the wii last week and Chloe has been kicking our butts beating everyone by getting up early in the morning and getting as far along in the game as she can. I told her Sunday night that she needs to work on cleaning up her bedroom instead of working on Harry's second year at school. She is so excited for her party that she woke up around 3 am to clean her room... She was tired Monday morning but nervous after I promised her we would be watching the first Harry Potter movie for FHE. She has so many questions, who was that, where are they going, how do I do this and that!!! So many questions for the question queen. We just finished watching the scarier half and she didn't even have to hide her eyes because she knew what was coming ~ since she already passed the year off on the game! Hopefully no nightmares tonight.

More Bear Lake!!!

The hills were on fire with Red, Orange and Yellow leaves!
We had an awesome weekend spending our early morning hours in the boat but didn't catch anything. The moon was full or close to it both nights and the fish were up all night gorging themselves and weren't interested in our attempts to hook them, take a picture of them, and then put them back into the big blue lake called home!
On Saturday morning, Dan decided to try starting out on the other side of the lake and I was so excited to see this:
This tower used to be blue but it was always the first thing we would see when we were children just before we arrived to Grandma's trailer!
This path leading to the beach and so many memories! On the way back to the cabin we snagged these photos and I talked with the kids about some of my favorite memories. Bear Lake has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember!Chloe's Big Day!!!

Happy Birthday Grandma Rita
Sunday, September 19, 2010
It was so nice seeing many of Dan's cousins and Aunts and Uncles. After we shared some great thoughts and memories, we visited at Grandpa's over banana splits. I loved it when Grandpa said he wasn't going to change their outgoing message on the answering machine, unless he can find a way to record the recording of Grandma Rita's voice! She is missed so much!
I love you Grandma!!! Read more...
