Seven Years

Thursday, September 30, 2010

This was our first birthday party with friends...  I've waited for two years to throw this party...
Even though she doesn't like cake, we had to celebrate with the girls somehow!
Eight little girls went through two cheese pizza's, while we watched the new Tinkerbell movie
their toenails and fingernails were painted and then they opened presents:
But they didn't just open presents.  These dainty little girls turned into a ravenous pack of jackals!
It was: open mine first, I'll help you with that wrapping, it cost this much, or I already have one of those!
Their color choices were very interesting.  I think my favorite were the striped toes.
The party was a hit and they all had a great time.  They rushed through the time I planned for opening presents so for the last fifteen minutes before they were picked up, they ran around screaming really loudly all over the house.  Luckily I had one of my activity days girls come and help me out.  She volunteered to help paint toenails and then stayed because the movie was her favorite.  Chloe got a lot of lip gloss and couldn't be happier.  I just have to watch her pockets from now on when doing laundry!
I sent these pajama clad beauties home hopped up on sugar and ready for bed wondering when I will be ready to take on another party with friends, maybe in another seven years!!!

Chloe's Big Day!!!

Thursday, September 23, 2010

She came home with this huge roll of paper.  They traced her and each class member signed it!

If you were wondering how old she is now... She's Seven!
For weeks she has been telling me she wants a new camp chair.
Seth got her the little family peoples:
And Daddy picked her out a new bike:
She took a few calls throughout the day and loved all of the attention!
Then Dan showed her how to pop a wheelie and she thinks this bike is just too big!
This is the present she picked out and spent the money on the Grandpa Davis sent her:
We went out to cafe rio for dinner, her favorite.  We were going to go to the movies and watch Despicable Me, but it didn't start until 7 pm and I didn't think Dan would make it through the entire show!   We will have to catch it another time, instead we got Lego Harry Potter for the Wii and she showed us all to play!!!

Happy Happy Birthday Chloe!
