I finally figured it out. It is too hard to exercise with my children. While doing aerobic or a DVD on TV, they are always in the way. While walking on the sidewalk or even in the street, Seth will stop to look at bugs or crash with an ouch that needs a little love. Tom and I headed over to the park and let the kids play while we walked around the perimeter!
I was so glad that Charlie was there to push, I have such a better time walking when I'm holding or pushing something, is that weird? Do you see the puddles still at the park? Tom and Jenn have brought Nelly home from Jenn's parents house. I was so worried that Seth would be terrified, but she is such a good and mellow dog that he just loves her, vierd!
We finished 4 of the 6 laps I needed to claim my 5K trinket at weight watchers. My hips were killing me... I will try again tomorrow!!!
