Seth got to go out with G & G Davis for dinner and shopping. They like to take the birthday kid to Toys R Us and let them run and run in search of the perfect present. He has wanted a remote control boat for three years!!! He pooled his money from all of his grandparents and couldn't wait to get home and try it out in my tub.
I've been going a little bald for some time now. At least my tires have. Tommy came over to borrow a ladder and glanced at the front passenger tire and said that the metal was showing. Boy was I embarrassed! On Monday I got new tires... Last Tuesday I got some new highlights to my continuously graying hair. Krista stayed pretty close to my natural color, or at least what it was 10 years ago. We will have to see how I handle the maintenance and upkeep to see If I am more daring in the future!
I can't believe my baby is SEVEN YEARS OLD!!!!!!
He is the sweetest and most charming boy I know. He loves everyone and shares compliments and hugs willingly. I know that this will change but for today I will just take it all!
This bug is kicking our butts. Seth threw up in the middle of the night, Chloe and Seth continued on with it coming out all orifices after she threw up at FHE. It has been off and on and off and on.
Dan keeps breaking the icecicles off the roof of the house and bringing them in through our bedroom window for the kids to play with!
Dan's Dad was the guest speaker this year. As the council president he touched on may hot topics today in scouting. It was a great speech and he was able to induct his father into the James E. West Fellowship, just like Dan and his siblings two years ago.
This was Seth's first attempt at skiing. He and Chloe had so much fun. It is interesting how his fearlessness pushes Chloe to try new things. She just can't let her little brother beat her!
I understand he had his tongue out the entire day!
