Bugs in 3-D

Our Family Home Evening lesson took on new meaning tonight. We got together with Dan's family at the Gateway and watched the bug movie at the Imax theater. Jenn and Nate have moved into their new home and used that lame excuse not to host this gathering at their house. Grandma brought plastic spiders and was dropping them on our shoulders during the show. Most of the kids jumped a bit and she even made Mahonri cry!
Gwen and Tai loved it! These boys thought the bugs were huge and kept trying to grab them:

They laughed and giggled the entire time!

I think the bugs were gross and spent the entire time trying to

think of who was narrating the movie ~ it was Judy Dench!Afterwards we met at Cafe Rio and ate dinner:
