I don't think I could love her any more than at this moment:
She is fake crying after accepting her certificate!
We watched Gilmore Girls, Season 2, Episode 7: Like Mother, Like Daughter
yesterday in preparation for tonight's induction ceremony. She is a Puff!
The historical bell of Chilton, 120 years old.
Every member of the Puffs has stood here under the
cover of night to pledge her lifelong devotion to us.
'I pledge myself to the Puffs, loyal I'll always be,
a P to start, 2 F's at the end, and a U sitting in between.'
It didn't go quite like we thought but I also didn't have to shout, "Sing out Louise!"
(She did want a picture with the candles...)
She is so amazing and has worked towards this goal all year long.
4.0 Chlo!!!
It is funny because she really is just like her mother.
I loved school and learning and getting the best grades.
I try really hard not to pressure her but she still manages to make the grade.
Her Wood Shop class might just break her, fingers crossed!

My Son, My Deacon

- He passed the sacrament to me today.
- When I woke up, he was showered and dressed just needing to do his hair. I told him his tie was looking a little too small. He gave me a half smile and said, "I can fix that!" I was so impressed that he just untied then retied his tie, like a man!
- It was a snowy and chilly morning and Dan dropped Chloe and me off at the doors of the Church. When we entered the chapel, I caught Seth's attention and wordlessly asked him which side to sit on. He used his eyes to let me know to sit on the right side near the front. After Dan parked the car and joined us, he was wondering why we weren't in our normal spot.
- I kept thinking about the families in the pews in front of us and was happy that they didn't have little kids that would slow down the bread and the water.
- I didn't cry until after he had taken the tray back from me. He looked me in the eye and I held onto the tray for just a moment longer.
- I am so thankful for the sacrament and the covenant that I renew each time I partake.
- I am so thankful for my son who is worthy to pass the sacrament to me.
